Gratitude

When you first wake up in the morning, are you feeling negative about your day or are you looking forward to it?


Sometimes we forget to take the time to recognize the richness that defines our lives. This may be because many of the messages we encounter as we go about our affairs prompt us to think about what we don’t have rather than all the abundance we do enjoy.


 

You can establish positive habits that will help you create a wonderful day. As soon as you wake up, begin to think about the people and things in your life you are grateful for.


Take a deep breath and focus. Now, follow your gratitude thoughts with sending positive

energy ahead to the people you will meet and the places you will be that day.


 

Practice these new habits for the next two weeks and notice how your life changes! You'll be motivated to continue.

If I hold up my head with a smile on my face and I am truly thankful, I am blessed because the majority can, but most do not.
